Workshop #7 – Team Building in Feltre

We met in the heart of our wonderful land to mark the progress on our team goals for 2025 🎯it’s been hard work all along, but who says workshops must be all charts, scorecards and serious talks?

Our team flipped the script and dove into a session full of laughter, creativity, and some surprisingly competitive team-building games. From an adventurous wood collection session (which we needed for our cozy bonfire talk!) to chaotic challenges, we bonded, strategized, and maybe even discovered some hidden talents (who knew we had a bowls master among us?).

It was a reminder that great collaboration starts with connection.

And sometimes, the best way to build trust is through play!
