What is Scan2Sign?
Scan2Sign by TeamPeaks is designed for organizations that deliver in‑person training and need a reliable, scalable, and compliant attendance management solution. Instead of relying on sign in sheets ,it allows trainees to perform check in and out simply by scanning a QR code using their own mobile phone or iPad. Here is how the workflow operates:
1 – Class management
Classes scheduling, registration and waitlist management are performed as usual in SuccessFactors Learning according to your business as usual processes.
2 – Instructor or Tutor action
When appropriate during the class or the event the instructor or the tutor accesses the Scan2Sign App, either via PC or handheld device and retrieve the QR code of the current class, and make it available to the trainees in the room: the QR Code can be projected or printed).
3 – Trainee Check‑In
Learners scan the QR code and validate their identity using the Standard Authentication process adopted for your SAP SuccessFactors implementation. This makes the attendance recording fully compliant with your corporate policies.
4 – Real‑Time Attendance Confirmation
As soon as the authentication is successfully completed, Scan2Sign records the person’s attendance in the segment, and the completion of the class.
5 – Optional Check‑Out
If required for more accurate time tracking, Scan2Sing can provide 2 different QR Codes, one for the check-in, another for the check-out. This allows for very accurate time tracking of each attendee.
